All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Allow 1-5 business day to process hair orders and 3-5 day business day to ship orders. SOME ORDERS CAN BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID19. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
JAE SLAY HAIR EXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. JAE SLAY HAIR EXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

All units are made to customers preference and requested desires.
Altered merchandise will not be accepted (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed, colored, or cut) in any manner.
Federal regulations indicated that human. hair products that have been worn may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
